Undergraduate/Graduate Require for Customer Care Job Role.

Job Role & Responsiblities -
Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, email, chat, or other support channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain a polite, skilled, and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
Provide transparent information about products, services, orders, policies, payments, and processes.
Follow up on unresolved customer issues until successful closure.
Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate internal team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/support system.
Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Meet defined customer support KPIs such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and ticket closure.
Handle multiple customer queries while maintaining service quality.

Fresher's/Experience both can apply for this Job. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
