Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and technically sound Technical Sales Executive to drive business development and sales in the Solar EPC sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their technical requirements, preparing proposals, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assess the market and evaluate market trends through market research.
Identify market prospects, potential customers, and prepare sales/revenue forecasts.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.
Generate business leads through business directories, client referrals, networking, and other channels.
Handle both the technical and commercial aspects of marketing and sales.
Visit project sites to assess installation feasibility, power output expectations, and budget during discussions with customers.
Prepare cost-benefit analysis and develop business proposals accordingly.




Work with partners, vendors, engineers, and program managers to ensure customer needs are met.
Provide after-sales support, monitor project status, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure prompt follow-up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, and issue resolution.
Keep updated with government policies and guidelines related to workplace safety and renewable energy.
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering / any Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Solar Industry preferred.
