We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Caller cum Computer Operator to join our Experience Center at Pologround, Indore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, maintaining records, and supporting daily computer-related operations.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide information and assist customers with queries
Maintain and update customer data and records
Perform basic computer and data entry tasks
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Familiarity with MS Office and data entry
Ability to handle customer interactions politely
Organized and responsible work approach
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in tele calling or customer support is a plus
