Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and review U.S. individual and business tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S.
Handle federal and multi-state tax compliance.
Review supporting documents, trial balances, workpapers, and tax calculations.
Research issues using the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, and IRS guidance.
Respond to IRS and state tax notices.
Assist with audits, examinations, penalty-abatement requests, and taxpayer representation.
Identify tax-planning prospects and communicate recommendations clearly.
Maintain accurate documentation and meet filing deadlines.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams during the tax season.

Required Qualifications
Active Enrolled Agent credential with a valid PTIN.
[2+] years of relevant U.S. tax experience.
Robust knowledge of U.S. individual and business taxation.
Experience with federal and state tax returns.
Familiarity with tax software such as [CCH Axcess / UltraTax / Drake / Lacerte / ProSeries].
Robust analytical, written communication, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
