Key skills -

Team management experience is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage health claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Coordinate with Doctors, and other stakeholders for claim investigation and documentation.
Conduct thorough reviews of medical records, bills, and supporting documents to determine claim validity.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of policyholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes throughout the claims lifecycle.
