Identify and generate recent business opportunities in the US staffing market.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.
Understand clients staffing and hiring requirements.
Introduce and explain our staffing/recruitment services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business prospects.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
Work according to US business hours/time zones when required.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Strong interest in Sales and Business Development.
Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
Valuable follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and LinkedIn.
Willingness to work in US shifts.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
