As a Training Sales Advisor, youll own the sales performance for a high-growth portfolio, selling BSI training products and services to recent and existing customers to achieve annual revenue targets. This is a varied, hands-on role where youll balance prospecting for recent business with managing opportunities, reviewing KPIs, and building a robust sales pipeline.
Strong sales and communication skills are essential. Youll work closely with a wide range of clients, understand their business drivers, and demonstrate real value through tailored training solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Proactively sell BSI training products to new and existing customers
Identify and develop new prospects to grow the customer base
Execute the BSI sales process to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions
Manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline to deliver accurate forecasts
Review sales activity and KPIs to drive future performance
