Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, Whats App, and walk-in clients.
Design and customize domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare quotations and itineraries.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.




Experience with travel booking portals is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
