Job Summary The Junior Associate is responsible for handling FASTag-related services, telecalling, customer support, KYC verification, data entry, and form processing. The role requires positive communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle FASTag activations, updates, and customer service requests.
- Perform telecalling activities and respond to customer inquiries.
- Complete KYC verification and document validation.
- Carry out data entry and form-filling activities accurately.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and approvals.




- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
- Meet daily and monthly activation targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications
- Any Degree (Freshers can apply).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- College students may also apply.

Working Hours
- 5 :00 PM to 11 :00 PM (Part time) Eve shift only
- Language : Tamil, English , Malayalam, Hindi
