Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chennai.

The Junior

Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed design documentation.

Responsibilities include assisting with space planning, 3D models, and presentation boards, as well as coordinating with consultants and vendors. The role involves site visits, measurement taking, and monitoring design implementation to align with project specifications and quality standards.

The Junior

Architect will also contribute to sustainable design solutions,



participate in client meetings, and help prepare reports and project documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into functional plans and detailed drawings.
- Understanding of Project Management principles to assist with timelines, coordination, and documentation across project stages.
- Basic familiarity with Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), with willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Solid visual communication, presentation, and technical drawing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Interest in sustainable design practices and current industry trends; prior internship or junior experience in architecture or interiors is an advantage.
