We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Executive with 1+ year of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring across technical and non-technical roles. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

· Maintain candidate data and update ATS regularly (Keka preferred)

· Follow up with candidates for feedback and interview updates

· Assist in offer roll-out and documentation process

· Build and maintain talent pipelines for future requirements

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Skills & Qualifications





· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

· 1+ year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition

· Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory

· Basic understanding of IT and non-IT hiring

· Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn

· Good interpersonal and coordination skills

· Basic knowledge of ATS (Keka preferred)

· Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
