- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank, cash, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Prepare monthly expense statements and basic MIS reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required accounting documents.
- Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Maintain petty cash and monitor office-related expenses.
- Assist management with financial information and accounting reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
