Position: Jr. HR Executive

Experience: Fresher/Intern

Opening: 1 Position

Job Profile :

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews.

· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

· Handling a General Administration work.

Skills Required :

· Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

· Be self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.

· Must be fluent in English.

· Positive listening and problem-solving skills.

· Time management skills.

· Critical thinking skills and Problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
