Role Description The Jr.

Immigration Sales

Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves engaging with prospective clients to understand their immigration goals, presenting suitable visa options, and explaining processes, timelines, and documentation requirements. The consultant will follow up on leads, schedule and conduct consultations, and support clients through the initial stages of applications in coordination with senior consultants.

Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing basic proposals, and ensuring clients receive timely updates and clear communication.



The role requires close collaboration with the consulting and operations teams to help achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate immigration solutions.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on building trust, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including confident speaking, active listening, and basic writing skills for proposals and emails.
- Consulting skills to guide clients through options, eligibility criteria, and next steps in a structured and transparent manner.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with basic knowledge of sales processes and lead management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling documents, records, and client information.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in business, management, or related fields is an advantage.

- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or immigration consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
