Job Summary

We are looking for polite, attentive, and customer-focused Service Staff to provide excellent service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist customers with seating and provide menus.
- Explain menu items, specials, and offers when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system or communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure correct dishes and quantities are served to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining/service area.
- Refill water, cutlery, tissues, and other service items as required.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with table setup, opening, and closing duties.




- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Support the team during peak hours, events, and special occasions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum basic education preferred.
- Previous restaurant/service experience is an advantage.
- Freshers may be considered based on attitude and communication skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
