Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Full Stack Trainer role based at Chandigarh University in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The trainer will design and deliver classroom and lab-based training on core Java, advanced Java frameworks, front-end technologies, and full stack development practices.

Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating practical assignments and projects, conducting lectures and hands-on sessions, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves updating curricula to reflect current industry trends, mentoring learners on career readiness and technical interviews, and collaborating with academic and industry teams to ensure training outcomes meet skilled standards.

Qualifications





- Strong proficiency in core Java and object-oriented programming, with practical experience in Java-based application development.
- Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control systems (e.g., Git), and build tools commonly used in full stack development.
- Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in software development, with strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to design structured curricula, assessments, and project-based learning activities aligned with industry requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in Java or full stack development are an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to learner success, continuous learning, and staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
