Description:

This role will be responsible for managing application development and delivery for critical business platforms in a fast-paced financial services environment. The role requires solid technical leadership along with proven experience in project management, delivery governance, CI/CD implementation, and team handling. We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, Oracle PL/SQL, Angular, and Cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud/AWS) to lead enterprise application development and digital transformation initiatives.

Technical Leadership

- Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using:

o Java / J2EE o Spring Boot & Microservices o Oracle PL/SQL o Angular
- Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives using Oracle Cloud

Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS.
- Design scalable, secure,



and high-performance application architectures.
- Define coding standards, security standards, and development best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure application quality and performance optimization.

Project Management & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end project development lifecycle including requirement analysis, estimation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support.
- Drive project delivery with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, quality, and budget.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and business stakeholders.
