Welcome patients and visitors with empathy and professionalism at the entrance or lobby.
Guide people through registration, consultation, diagnostics, and billing areas.
Help patients navigate complex hospital layouts and departments
Act as a bridge between patients/attendants and clinical or administrative teams.
Assist with smooth indoor admission and discharge processes.
Give transparent information regarding hospital policies, visiting hours, and available amenities.
Preferred candidate profile
