GS Executive – General Stores / Warehouse

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GS Executive to manage day-to-day General Stores and Warehouse operations in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Handle receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of consumables, general store items, and engineering materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and ERP/software entries.
Process GRN and verify materials against PO/invoices.
Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, Admin, and other departments.
Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor minimum/reorder levels and coordinate with Purchase for replenishment.
Maintain proper inward/outward documentation, labeling, and housekeeping.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports.




Coordinate with vendors and support audits and inventory checks.

Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse/Inventory, preferably in Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
Good knowledge of ERP, Excel, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and inventory management.
Positive coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
