Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing – Mandatory

Job Responsibilities
Provide training and practical guidance to B.Sc. Nursing students/trainees.
Conduct theoretical and practical nursing training sessions.
Develop and deliver training modules, lesson plans, and learning materials.
Demonstrate proper nursing procedures, clinical practices, and patient-care techniques.
Monitor students’ performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct assessments, practical evaluations, and skill-based training.
Ensure adherence to nursing standards, clinical protocols, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with faculty/clinical staff to ensure effective training and learning outcomes.

Requirements
B.Sc.



Nursing qualification is mandatory.
5–7 years of relevant experience in nursing/clinical training.
Robust knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle and train students/trainees effectively.
Practical clinical experience will be an added advantage.
Responsible, qualified, and disciplined approach toward training.
