Key Responsibilities
Guest Hospitality & Engagement
Warm Welcome: Greet arriving guests with a friendly smile, seat them, and make them feel instantly comfortable.
Art Promotion: Enthusiastically introduce and encourage guests to explore the available art activities, pottery, or creative projects in the cafe.
Workshop Hosting: Lead and facilitate art workshops, creating a fun, creative, and supportive setting for participants of all skill levels.
Operations, Sales & Handover
Checkout & Billing: Process transactions accurately for cafe items, art activities, and finished artwork.
Artwork Handover: Safely package and hand over completed art objects to guests with attention to detail and care.
Customer Outreach: Actively call past and potential customers to introduce current business engagements, seasonal workshops, and special events.
Inventory & Reporting
Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of art supplies,



raw materials, and finished art pieces.
Reporting: Prepare regular inventory reports to ensure art items and creative materials are always adequately stocked and accounted for.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Customer-First Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally warm, engaging, and hospitable personality.
Passion for Art & Creativity: Comfortable learning, hosting, and guiding guests through easy art processes and workshops.
Organization & Accuracy: Reliable in handling billing/POS systems and maintaining accurate inventory reports.
Communication Skills: Confident verbal communication for welcoming guests and making outbound customer calls.
