Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging machines.
Follow up with current and existing leads regularly.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations.
Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Coordinate with the production, technical, and sales teams.
Track the complete sales process from enquiry to order confirmation.
Build strong and qualified relationships with customers.
Identify potential customers and generate current sales opportunities.
Negotiate with customers when required and support order closure.
Keep customers updated about order status and requirements.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Ensure timely follow-ups and avoid missed leads.
Maintain a professional and positive approach while dealing with customers.
