Job SummaryWe are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Service Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for every customer.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Explain menu items and recommend dishes when required.
Coordinate with the kitchen and front-office team for smooth service.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for customers.
Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
Follow hygiene, food-safety,



and grooming standards.
Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
Maintain proper communication with supervisors and other team members.
RequirementsPrevious restaurant/cafe experience preferred but freshers can also apply.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Team-player with good discipline and punctuality.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
