We're a performance marketing and sales operations agency working with edtech brands across India and international markets. We're hiring a Business Development Executive to own the top of our client acquisition funnel — finding the right founders and marketing heads, getting the meeting, and moving deals to signature.

This is not a cold-calling-only seat. You'll be involved in qualification, proposal building, and pricing conversations from day one.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Pipeline
Build and maintain target lists of edtech founders, CMOs, and growth heads (India + GCC/US diaspora markets)
Run outbound across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls to book qualified discovery meetings
Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately

Deal Management
Run discovery calls to understand the prospect's funnel, current CAC/CPL, and gaps
Work with the founder to build proposals, pitch decks, and pricing structures
Own follow-up cadence,



negotiation support, and closure
Handle contract, onboarding handover, and first-30-day client coordination

CRM & Reporting
Maintain clean, up-to-date pipeline data in the CRM
Report weekly on meetings booked, pipeline value, stage movement, and closures
Track outreach performance by channel and iterate on messaging

What We're Looking For Must have
[1–3] years in B2B sales, agency business development, or SaaS/edtech inside sales
Robust written and spoken English; ability to hold a business conversation with a founder
Comfort with outbound rejection and consistent daily activity volume
Working knowledge of a CRM and basic spreadsheet reporting
Self-directed — able to build a target list and start dialling without hand-holding
