Job Summary:

We're hiring a results-driven Telesales Manager to lead our admissions and telesales team. You'll own enrollment targets, manage and strategically coach a team of telesales executive and drive successful student enrollments. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on numbers, coaching a team and closing.

Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years in sales/business development, with team-handling experience (mandatory)
Experience in education, training, or EdTech sales strongly preferred; IT/tech sector background is a plus
Excellent communication,



negotiation, and leadership skills
Hit monthly enrollment goals through effective team management and team handling.
Design high-conversion sales strategies and scripts to help your team turn prospects into registered students.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

5+ years of sales experience (Training education industry is a plus/IT sector preferred)
