Job Description:We are hiring Cold Calling Executives to promote our GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Support Services. If you are confident, have good communication skills, and are willing to learn – this chance is for you!
Freshers are welcome – we will provide full training.
Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to vendors, businesses, and SMEs.
Introduce and explain our GeM registration & support services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain call logs and follow up with interested clients.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Requirements:Valuable communication skills (Hindi and basic English).
Confidence on the phone and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn about the GeM platform (training will be provided).
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets is a plus.
