We are looking for an experienced YouTube Manager & YouTube SEO Expert to manage and grow our established YouTube channel in the Ayurveda, Women’s Health, Fertility & Wellness niche.

Key Responsibilities
Complete YouTube channel management and growth strategy
YouTube SEO: keyword research, titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags & metadata
Research trending topics and high-search-volume topics
Improve CTR, watch time, retention and subscriber growth
Optimize existing videos for better rankings and views
Study YouTube Analytics and provide actionable growth reports
Competitor/channel research and content gap analysis
Suggest video topics, hooks, titles and thumbnails
Coordinate with content writer, video editor and thumbnail designer
Develop strategies to increase organic subscribers and reach
Keep updated with YouTube algorithm and SEO changes

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 2 years of hands-on YouTube SEO/Channel Management experience
Proven experience of growing YouTube channels organically
Robust knowledge of YouTube Analytics & YouTube Studio
Excellent understanding of YouTube SEO and keyword research
Experience in health, wellness, Ayurveda, medical or similar niches will be an advantage
Must be analytical, creative and result-oriented
