We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide hardware, software, and technical support to employees and customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, and basic network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide timely solutions.

Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, and connectivity issues. Perform hardware installation, configuration, and replacement when required. Assist users with software installation, updates, and technical issues.

Maintain records of IT equipment, repairs, and support requests. Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of IT systems and devices. Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.





Coordinate with external vendors for hardware or software-related support when required.
