Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Sales Service Manager based in Kalyan. The IT Sales Service Manager will oversee the delivery of desktop, laptop, and server support services while driving sales of IT service offerings. Daily responsibilities include engaging with current and prospective clients, understanding their IT needs, proposing suitable service packages, and coordinating technicians to ensure timely issue resolution.

The role also involves managing service requests, tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The IT Sales Service Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated experience in IT sales or service management, preferably in desktop, laptop, and server support environments.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic technical understanding of hardware, operating systems, and common IT support issues to effectively scope and discuss service solutions.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple client requests, schedule resources, and follow up on service delivery.
- Ability to work on-site in Kalyan, collaborate with a small team, and adapt to a fast-paced, service-driven setting.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, ticketing or CRM systems) for tracking leads and service activities.
- Relevant education in IT, business, or a related field; comparable work experience in IT services may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
- Willingness to learn, stay updated on basic IT support trends, and contribute ideas for improving customer experience and service offerings.
