BusinessWala Inc. is an IT and digital marketing company providing website development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, branding, software solutions, and technology services to businesses across India.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Sales Executive who has strong experience in selling IT and digital services and can independently handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads for IT and digital marketing services.
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Sell services including:
- Website Development
- E-commerce Development
- Digital Marketing
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Google & Meta Ads
- Branding and other IT solutions
- Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and client presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM or company systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover after closing.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Required Skills




- 3–4 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Digital Services Sales.
- Solid understanding of website development, e-commerce, digital marketing, and IT services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead-generation and follow-up abilities.
- Proven ability to convert prospects into paying clients.
- Ability to handle B2B and B2C sales conversations.
- Experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Strong presentation and proposal-making skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly sales goals.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and sales tracking systems.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience selling web development, digital marketing, SEO, software, SaaS, e-commerce solutions, or IT services will be strongly preferred.

Candidates should ideally have an existing understanding of how IT services are priced, delivered, and positioned to business owners.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a closer, not just a lead generator.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently:

Find Leads → Contact Prospects → Understand Requirements → Present Solutions → Follow Up → Negotiate → Close Deals → Handover to the Team A proven sales track record and ability to consistently achieve targets will be highly valued.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives.

The final salary will depend on experience, sales performance, communication skills, and ability to close IT service deals.
