Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent for our organization. The IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. The ideal candidate has robust knowledge of IT roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience,



and cultural fit.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.

- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
