Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who can manage software development projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, communication, leadership, and client-handling skills, with a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate multiple IT/software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and take corrective actions when required.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and ensure proper documentation and follow-ups.
- Manage client requirements and ensure they are clearly communicated to the development team.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Handle change requests and prioritize tasks based on business requirements.




- Identify and resolve project-related issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Monitor team performance and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, project methodologies, and quality standards.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Project Management / Software Project Management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid client-handling and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of web/mobile application development is preferred.
- Experience with estimation, planning, risk management, and project reporting.

Good to Have
- PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Technical background or understanding of technologies such as MERN, Java, .NET, PHP, or mobile development will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,166.37 - ₹70,126.90 per month
