Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong IT Manager to manage and support the IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and technology operations across our hospitality business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the hotel/hospitality industry and be comfortable working with hospitality-specific software and systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Provide IT support to hotel/resort operations and corporate office teams.
- Manage and troubleshoot hospitality software, PMS, POS, ERP, HRMS, and other hotel applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors and external IT service providers for implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, servers, computers, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure data security, system backups, antivirus protection, and IT compliance.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.
- Manage IT procurement, inventory, AMC, licenses, and software renewals.
- Implement IT policies, SOPs, access controls, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Train and guide users on IT systems and hospitality software.




- Support current technology implementation and system upgrades.
- Ensure minimal downtime of critical hotel systems and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the hospitality/hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel/hospitality software and applications.
- Experience with PMS, POS, ERP, HRMS, and hotel technology systems.
- Good knowledge of networking, Windows systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Vendor management and IT project coordination experience.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, and IT security practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT requirements.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates currently working in Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality Groups, or Hotel Management Companies will be preferred.
- Candidates who are hospitality software friendly and have hands-on experience with hotel PMS/POS systems will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates residing near Chakala, Andheri, Mumbai will be given preference.
