Jupiter Electric Mobility is looking for a technically strong and proactive Executive – IT to join our team in Bangalore.

JEM is the EV arm of Jupiter Wagons Limited , focused on building innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the future.

? Experience: 1+ years

? Location: Bangalore

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and technical support activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Configure and support networks, servers, systems, laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor basic network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
- Support CCTV networks and biometric attendance systems.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper functioning of IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, services, and IT procurement.
- Support incident management and change management processes.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring IT projects.
- Follow IT security best practices and support incident response activities.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, IT assets, and support activities.




- Collaborate with senior IT team members and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Support initiatives that improve IT operations and cybersecurity awareness.

What we’re looking for:

- 1+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure management.
- Solid troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Foundational knowledge of network administration and core IT concepts.
- Knowledge of system maintenance, user account management, and basic IT security practices.
- Hands-on exposure to hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Exposure to CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices is an advantage.
- Experience in vendor coordination and IT procurement will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT responsibilities and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in the EV and sustainable mobility sector and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple IT priorities while supporting infrastructure and IT projects.
