Role Overview

Nibe Limited is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – IT Support to join our internal IT infrastructure team at our Chakala, Andheri office. The role focuses on end-user desktop support, printer and peripheral maintenance, basic network troubleshooting, endpoint security, and day-to-day IT operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & Laptop Support: Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 10/11), standard software, MS Office/M365 suites, and core business tools.

Hardware & Peripherals: Maintain and troubleshoot PC components, laptops, local/network printers, scanners, and standard peripherals.

Network & Connectivity: Assist in maintaining LAN cabling, Wi-Fi access points, router/switch connectivity, and IP configurations (DHCP/Static).

Cybersecurity & Endpoint Protection: Install and maintain endpoint antivirus/EDR software, ensure timely OS patch updates, monitor for malware/phishing threats, and enforce basic IT security policies across user machines.

User & Access Management:



Set up current user workstations, configure corporate email clients (Outlook/Google Workspace), and manage basic user permissions.

Day-to-Day (D2D) Operations: Manage IT helpdesk requests, maintain hardware and software asset registers, and assist with periodic local data backups.

Eligibility & Key Skills

Education: B.E. / B.Tech (IT / CS / Electronics), BCA, B.Sc. IT, or Diploma in Computer Engineering / Hardware & Networking.

Technical Skills

Strong foundation in PC hardware, OS installation, driver configurations, and peripheral setup.

Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Subnetting, Routers/Switches).

Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity principles (endpoint security, antivirus management, firewall basics, password hygiene, phishing awareness).

Good to Have / Certifications (Added Advantage):

Certifications in Networking or Security (e.g., CompTIA Security , CEH basics, CompTIA A /Network , CCNA).

Hands-on knowledge of remote desktop support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist).

Soft Skills: Clear communication, quick troubleshooting aptitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn in a live corporate environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
