Job Title: IT Business Development Executive (BDE) – Junior /n Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka /n Experience Level: 2 – 4 Years /n Employment Type: Full-Time /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a Junior IT Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in selling Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365 (M365) and Dynamics 365 (D365). The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, sales activities, and identifying new business opportunities for Microsoft-based services and solutions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic understanding of Microsoft technologies, and experience in IT sales or business development. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Generate leads for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 services and solutions.

- Handle cold calling, LinkedIn sourcing, email campaigns, and client follow-ups.

/n

- Understand client business requirements and pitch M365 and D365 solutions.

/n

- Schedule meetings and coordinate with technical teams for client discussions.

/n





- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

/n

- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.

/n

- Support proposal creation, presentations, and business development activities.

/n

- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

/n

- Stay updated with Microsoft products and market trends.

/n /n Experience & Education /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

/n

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development.

/n

- Experience in selling Microsoft 365 (M365) and Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions is preferred.

/n

- Positive understanding of Microsoft products, cloud solutions, and IT services.

/n

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

/n

- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and inside sales activities is an added advantage.
