Job Summary

Digital Bridge International (DBI) is looking for a result-oriented IT Business Development Executive to identify and acquire new business opportunities in the technology sector.

The primary responsibility of this role is to bring IT projects, corporate clients and technology partnerships to DBI by identifying potential organisations, understanding their technology requirements and converting opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new IT business opportunities.
- Research and target companies requiring IT solutions and services.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, startups and technology companies.
- Identify potential IT projects through networking, outreach and business development.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and professional networking.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and business presentations in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete business development pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and support project closure.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Explore opportunities for software development, AI, data science, web development and other technology projects.
- Develop corporate partnerships for internships, live projects and industry engagement where relevant.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities and conversions.
- Prepare regular business development reports.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of the IT/technology industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads independently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable communicating with business owners, managers and technology decision-makers.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and digital prospecting is an advantage.
