Position : IR & Compliance Lead

Education: MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources, Industrial Relations.

Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations / Factory HR Operations / Labour Laws

Location: Kochi, India

Salary : 15 Lacs

Key Responsibilities

- Industrial Relations & Union Management: Manage unions and workmen, resolve grievances and disputes, lead wage/LTS negotiations, enforce settlements, handle disciplinary actions and domestic enquiries, and maintain industrial harmony.
- Contract Workforce Management : Manage contract labour deployment, attendance, productivity and workforce planning while ensuring statutory compliance and conducting contractor audits.
- Government Liaison: Maintain relationships with government authorities, panchayats, police and community representatives; handle inspections, notices, approvals, licenses and regulatory matters.
- Statutory & Labour Compliance :



Act as the pan-India SME/COE for labour and factory compliance, implement new labour codes, standardize compliance processes, monitor filings, conduct audits and advise management on legal requirements.
- Factory Administration : Oversee security, housekeeping, canteen, transportation, occupational health, hygiene, safety and vendor management while controlling administrative costs.
- Key Success Measures: Zero man-days lost due to disputes, timely grievance and LTS closure, 100% statutory and contractor compliance, zero major violations/NCs, successful government inspections, timely license renewals, and productive plant administration within budget.
