We are looking for a responsible and proactive Stock Keeper & Inventory Management Executive to manage our daily stock operations. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily stock inward and outward entries.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records. Prepare and maintain daily stock reports . Check incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation. Update stock records in Excel / Google Sheets .
Monitor available stock and identify shortages or discrepancies. Conduct regular physical stock checking and reconcile records. Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, and other departments for stock requirements.
Ensure materials are properly arranged, identified, and maintained. Report damaged, missing,
or excess stock to the concerned person. Take ownership of day-to-day inventory and stock-related activities.

RequirementsBasic knowledge of computer applications . Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets . Good numerical and record-keeping skills. Proactive and responsible attitude. Quick learner and willing to learn new processes. Positive teamwork and leadership qualities . Ability to take ownership and complete work on time. Honest, disciplined, and attentive to detail. Freshers can also apply if they have the right attitude and basic computer knowledge.
Experience in stock keeping / warehouse / inventory management will be an advantage.
