Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management environments.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, security policies, and device restrictions.

Manage Windows 10/11 device enrollment, Autopilot deployment, provisioning, and lifecycle management.

Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID device registration, join, groups, RBAC, and authentication-related settings.

Manage Windows Update for Business, feature updates, quality updates, update rings, and deployment policies.

Deploy and manage applications using Intune, Win32 apps, MSI, Microsoft Store apps, and PowerShell.

Troubleshoot complex application installation, deployment, policy, enrollment, and compliance issues.

Manage Endpoint Security policies, including Defender, Firewall, Antivirus, Attack Surface Reduction, BitLocker, and security baselines.

Work with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for endpoint security monitoring and remediation.

Manage and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot deployment profiles and enrollment issues.

Support integration and co-management between Intune and SCCM/MECM.

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint automation, remediation, configuration, and reporting.

Perform advanced troubleshooting using Intune logs, Event Viewer, Windows diagnostics, Company Portal logs, and Microsoft Endpoint analytics.

Manage device compliance, remediation, conditional access dependencies, and endpoint security posture.





Participate in major incident, problem, change, and root-cause analysis (RCA) activities.

Implement endpoint management standards, governance, documentation, and operational procedures.

Monitor Intune environment health and proactively identify configuration or compliance issues.

Support audit, security, and compliance requirements related to endpoint management.

Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 support teams and mentor junior administrators.

Collaborate with Security, Identity, Network, Service Desk, and Infrastructure teams on endpoint-related initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.

Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.

Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Expertise in Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.

Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot.

Experience with Endpoint Security, Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, Firewall, and security baselines.

Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

Experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune co-management.

Robust troubleshooting skills for endpoint, application, policy, and enrollment issues.

Knowledge of Conditional Access and identity-based endpoint security.

Experience handling L3 incidents, problem management, change management, and RCA.

Good understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support environments.
