Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential driver/vehicle partners.
Explain onboarding process, offers, incentives, and required documents.
Follow up with interested partners and help them complete onboarding.
Convert leads into successful registrations and first trips.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Update partner status accurately in Google Sheets/CRM.
Coordinate with ground and operations teams for pending cases.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets.
Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.
Basic English communication preferred.
Basic computer, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp knowledge.
Confident and convincing communication.
Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
