Visit to the proposed construction site and Land & Geological survey through local agency against the approved PO, collect drawings and report.

Identify minimum 3 Local Architects, Structural & Electrical Consultants and share the project details and obtain quotations.

Release Work Orders to Architect, Structural Consultant and Electrical Consultant, along with advance through HOD.

Submit the Contour Survey Drawing, Geological Report, Plot Demarcation Map along with detailed scope of work to Architect for preparing conceptual drawings.

Appointment of local Site Engineer for following activities (on Temporary basis) :
Day to day site supervision.
Receipt of material as per specifications.

Liason with various Government Authorities :
PMRDA, Town Planning, MIDC, Corporation, Gram Panchayat

(if applicable) for Commencement and Completion Certificate.
Collector Office for NA Order.
TILR Office for Plot Survey Plan.
State Electricity Board for power and load sanction
Fire Dept. for Fire NOC.
Pollution Control Board for NOC
Water Dept. for water connection.
Police Dept and local leaders for support, if any.
