Position: Tele-Sales Executive

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are looking for motivated candidates to join HDFC Life as Tele-Sales Executives. The role involves contacting prospective customers over the phone, understanding their financial protection and insurance requirements, explaining suitable HDFC Life insurance products, answering customer queries, following up with interested customers, and maintaining proper customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain insurance products and benefits clearly.

Follow up with leads and assist customers through the sales process.

Maintain call and customer records.

Achieve assigned targets through telephonic communication.
