We are looking for a Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, follow up with leads, explain our dental services, and help convert enquiries into appointments.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads
Explain services and basic pricing
Schedule appointments
Maintain lead/follow-up records
Coordinate with the internal team when required
Requirements: Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English, confident on calls, polite and persistent with follow-ups. Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred.
