Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide courteous and qualified service.
Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service items.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages to guests according to the resort's service standards.
Explicit and reset tables promptly.
Assist guests with menu-related questions and basic food recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, dining area, and service stations.
Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and properly arranged.
Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B; team to ensure timely service.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
Assist during buffets, banquets, weddings, conferences, and other resort events.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times.
Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
Follow instructions from the F&B; Supervisor / Restaurant Manager.
Perform other duties assigned by the F&B; management team.
