Job DescriptionBlinkit is hiring Picker & Packer associates for its dark stores/warehouses in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. The role involves accurately picking customer orders from the warehouse and packing them safely and efficiently to ensure quick, error-free dispatch.
Key ResponsibilitiesPick items from designated racks/shelves as per the order list or handheld scanner
Verify item quantity, quality, and expiry before packing
Pack products securely following standard packaging guidelines
Label and sort packed orders for dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking/packing area
Report damaged, missing, or expired stock to the shift supervisor
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Follow all safety and SOP guidelines within the warehouse
Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum 10th Pass (below 10th may also apply for certain roles)
Age: 18 – 35 years
Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years warehouse/retail experience preferred
Gender: Male/Female both can apply
