Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on E-commerce Sales Associate to drive sales and manage day-to-day operations across our D2C websites (WooCommerce/Shopify) and major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart). You will be responsible for product listings, inventory synchronization, pricing, order processing, and customer pre-sales inquiries for our range of power backup systems, inverters, and related energy products.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management: Manage end-to-end seller accounts on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub (listing creation, A+ content, buy box monitoring, catalog optimization, and promotions).
D2C Store Operations: Maintain and update product pages, pricing, technical specifications, and banners on our WooCommerce / Shopify web store.
Order & Inventory Coordination: Track daily orders across all platforms, coordinate dispatch timelines with warehousing/logistics partners (especially for heavy/fragile freight).
Technical Pre-Sales & Customer Support: Address customer queries regarding inverter capacities, load compatibility, and battery pairings via marketplace messaging, website chat,



or WhatsApp to convert leads into sales.
Performance & Reviews: Monitor account health metrics, seller ratings, customer reviews, and return/RTO rates, resolving customer disputes and claim issues promptly.
Campaign Support: Assist in executing deals, seasonal sales events, coupon setups, and basic sponsored ad campaigns (Amazon PPC / Flipkart PLA) to boost product visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years managing seller portals on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify/WooCommerce.
Domain Exposure: Prior experience selling electrical, power electronics, appliances, or hardware products is a solid plus.
Marketplace Proficiency: Solid knowledge of listing guidelines, keyword indexing, FBA/FBF or self-ship logistics workflows.
Communication & Sales Acumen: Valuable written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain technical specifications to retail buyers.
Analytical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for sales tracking, pricing calculations, and inventory reconciliation.
