Job Description:
Implement and enforce HSE policies and safety procedures at the project site.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and prepare safety reports.
Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments / Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training programs.
Maintain safety records, permits, registers, and required documentation.
Ensure compliance with IS standards, Factory Act, BOCW Act, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and site teams on safety matters.
Liaise with government authorities during safety audits and inspections.
Monitor safety practices of contractors and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Investigate incidents/near-misses and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
Promote safety awareness and ensure a secure working workplace across the project.
