Job Title: Purchase Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other company requirements.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Maintain vendor records, purchase data, and inventory coordination.
Coordinate with store, production, and accounts departments.
Ensure quality, quantity, and documentation compliance for purchased materials.
Monitor stock levels and support cost control activities.
Required SkillsGood negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
Attention to detail and follow-up skills.

QualificationGraduate in Commerce / Management / Supply Chain or related field.

Pharma Industry Experience is Mandatory
