Job Description:

Experience: 5–6 Years
Industry: Versatile Packaging
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Printing, Extrusion, Packaging, Plastics or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead mechanical, electrical, automation and utility maintenance activities.
Ensure smooth upkeep of machines, facilities and utilities and minimize production downtime.
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance, MTTR, MTBF, OEE and maintenance KPIs.
Lead project execution, including Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT and machine trials with OEMs/vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety, workplace, GMP, BRCGS and ISO standards.
Develop maintenance SOPs, schedules, equipment history and troubleshooting systems.
Lead and train maintenance/asset-care teams and build technical capabilities.
Monitor maintenance budgets, energy consumption and cost optimization.
Drive TPM, Lean, Six Sigma and proactive Asset Care initiatives.
Ensure equipment uptime, production efficiency and zero quality defects due to equipment condition.
